Please welcome our newest members to the association Board of Directors.
The LaRosa Homeowners Association held its annual board elections on February 26th at the Renton Community Center. The board was welcomed by new community members Derek and Amber Olsen-Pells from Lot # 11. After two successful terms, Larry Cluphf decided to step down from the role of board President. We thank him for his service and expect that he will remain an active member in the community for years to come.
Current acting Vice President, Ryan Dantzler was nominated and elected to take over in the position of President of the board. Ryan brings an active spark, and familiarity with the community, being the longest residing member of the community.
New member to the community, Amber Olsen-Pells, who is also a professional property accountant, was nominated and elected as the new acting Treasurer. She brings a wealth of knowledge from her day-to-day professional background, as well as having involvement with homeowners associations from other communities.
After serving as the Treasurer for the past few years, Hang Chen gracefully accepted the nomination to be our new elected Secretary. Hang continues to bring a consistent passion for serving the community and we appreciate his service.
Sammy Vongphakdy, the current acting Secretary, was nominated and elected to be the new Vice President. We thank Sammy for his continued commitment to the community.
If you would like to get more involved in the community, please keep an eye out for our next Homeowners meeting so you can attend and have your voice heard. Also please sign up for our newsletter or if you have a more pressing concern please send us a message.
